2User Account & Eligibility

To place orders on VED-HUB, you must be at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. When creating an account:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal and delivery information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and passwords.
• You agree to notify us immediately in the event of any unauthorized access to your account.

3Product Authenticity, Catalog & Pricing

All prices displayed on ved-hub.in are listed in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise.

• Genuine Brother Inks: All Brother printer ink items (including BT5000 Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and BTD60BK Black) listed are original manufacturer-grade consumables. Brand names and model references are used purely to identify equipment compatibility.
• Handcrafted Jewellery & Lifestyle Items: Handcrafted accessories may exhibit slight natural variations in polish, luster, or artisanal finishing, which is the hallmark of authentic handmade goods.
• Pricing Errors: In the rare event of a typographical or system pricing error, VED-HUB reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price before dispatch and issue a complete refund.

4Order Confirmation & Payment Methods

An order placed by a customer constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance is confirmed once your parcel is packed and an official dispatch invoice with tracking number is generated.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible pin codes across India. The exact cash/UPI amount must be handed to the delivery courier agent upon parcel handover.
• Online Payments: Processed through RBI-compliant, 256-bit SSL encrypted payment gateways. We do not store banking passwords, OTPs, or card security numbers.

5Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We ship orders through reputed express courier networks. Standard delivery transit times are typically 2 to 5 business days for metro cities and 4 to 7 business days for non-metro/regional destinations.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon successful delivery handover by the courier partner to the address specified in your order.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, VED-HUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products or website. In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the specific order under dispute.

9Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with transactions on ved-hub.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
